Phoenix Card Username Locked Due to Inactivity

Question: Help! I keep receiving an error that states my username has been locked due to inactivity! What do I do?

Answer: Users who have not logged into the Phoenix Card system online for extended periods of time may receive an error message (see example above). To correct this issue, please contact the Phoenix Card office at 336-278-5436.
