This room serves as a media presentation space, with seating available for up to 80 people.

How to Use Room: Base Level Operations

  1. Touch the screen to turn on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to warm up.
  2. Use the touch screen control to select the desired input (PC, Blu-ray, Cable, International TV, wired/wireless Mic).
  PC inputs are located in the table top cable cubby (VGA, HDMI, ethernet, auxiliary). Microphone inputs are located in the wallplate next to the touch panel or in the wallplate located to the left of the last row of seating.

       3. Turn the system off by pressing the System Off button located on the top right side of the touch screen control.

1.) Touch Screen Control (Crestron)

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. Touch the screen to turn on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to warm up.
  2. Use the touch screen control to select the desired input.

  3. To turn the system off, press the power button located on the top right of the touch screen control.

 

2.) Projector (Canon)

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. Touch the touch screen control to turn on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to warm up.
  2. Use the touch screen control to select the desired input (Desktop, HMDI, VGA, Auxiliary, Cable TV, International TV).
  3. Turn the system off by pressing the power button located on the top right side of the touch screen control.

 

3.) Web Camera (Avaya)

4.) Wallplate (Extron)

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. Touch the touch screen control to turn on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to warm up.
  2. Select 103 Desktop PC from touch screen control options.
  3. Insert USB into provided ports.
  4. Turn the system off by pressing the power button located on the top right side of the touch screen control.

 

5.) Wallplate (Crestron)

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. Touch the touch screen control to turn on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to warm up.
  2. Select Laptop or Blu-ray DVD from the touch screen control options.
  3. Use the appropriate input to connect device (Auxiliary, USB, HDMI, VGA)
  4. Turn the system off by pressing the power button located on the top right side of the touch screen control.

 

6.) Wallplate (RDL)

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. Touch the touch screen control to turn on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to warm up.
  2. Select Wired or Wireless Mic from the touch screen control options.
  3. Connect microphone.
  4. Use the touch screen control to adjust microphone volume.
  5. Turn the system off by pressing the power button located on the top right side of the touch screen control.

 

7.) Light Switch (Lutron)

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. Select appropriate lighting option from either light panel (ALL ON, PRESENT, ALL 50%, MOVIE, PRESENT 2, PRESENT 3, ALL OFF)
  2. To turn all room lights off after use, press ALL OFF.

 

8.) Shade Switch

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. To raise the shades located on the wall opposite the projector screen, select UP on the shade control panel.
  2. To lower shades, select DOWN on the shade panel control.
  3. Shades can be set partially up/down by pressing the up or down arrow on the switch and once the desired height has been reached, move the switch to the neutral middle location.
  Shades are typically already lowered for room operation

Installed in the cabinet next to the touch control panel is the cable cubby which provides inputs for HDMI, VGA, Ethernet, Auxiliary, and Electrical.
