Moseley 216 and 217

Room Summary

  

 

 

These are identical conference rooms located on the second floor of Moseley. They have seating for 16 people and both have a touch panel control system, projector and projector screen.

How to Use: Base Level Operation

  1. Touch the screen on the Crestron touch panel to power on the system.
  2. Select the source you want to use to display the information: AirMedia, HDMI, or VGA.
  3. Press the power button located on the top right side of the touch panel to turn off the system.

1.) Touch Panel Control (Crestron)

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. Turn on the touch panel by tapping on the screen. Crestron panel
  2. Select the desired input (HDMI, VGA, AirMedia)
    1. If using a wired input, connect your personal device to the wall plate located below the touch panel. 
  3. Adjust the volume using the control buttons on the left side of the touch screen.
  4. Turn the projector on and off, mute the screen image, and adjust the projector screen height by selecting the Projector Control button. 
  5. Turn off the system and touch panel by pressing the power icon in the top right corner of the touch screen. Select Yes to confirm. 

HDMI Instructions

  1. Tap on the HDMI option on the touch panel. 
  2. Plug your device into the wall plate below the touch panel using an HDMI cord. 
  3. Ensure that your device is on.

VGA Instrcutions

  1. Tap on the VGA option on the touch panel. 
  2. Plug your device into the wall plate below the touch panel using a VGA cord. 
  3. Ensure that your device is on.

AirMedia Instructions

  1. Select the AirMedia tab on the touch panel screen. 
  2. The projector will display a screen similar to the one below. 
  3. On your personal device, enter the URL displayed on both the touch panel and the projector screen into a browser.
  4. If you have not used AirMedia before, the website will provide instructions on how to download the required software.
  5. Once the software opens, it will prompt you for a room code. This is the four digit code found on both the touch panel and the projector screen.
  6. Select "connect" to begin your presentation. Use the buttons within the software on your device to control your presentation.
  7. To end your presentation, select "disconnect".

 

2.) Projector (Canon)

 

 

 

 

Basic Operating Instructions

  1. Touch the touch screen control to turn on the system. The system will take 45 seconds to warm up.
  2. Use the touch screen control to select the desired input. (Computer inputs are built into the wall below the touch screen panel.)
  3. Turn the system off by pressing the power icon located on the top right side of the touch screen panel.
