Create Files in Google Drive

1.) To create a file, click the New button and select the appropriate document type

Here are some of the items you can create in Google Drive. Click the links to visit Google-created documentation about each option.

  1. Folder - Create a new Folder for organizational purposes in your Google Drive account
  2. Google Docs- Create a document through a Microsoft Word-style interface to save to your account
  3. Google Slides - Create a presentation through a Microsoft PowerPoint-style interface to save to your account
  4. Google Sheets - Create a spreadsheet through a Microsoft Excel-style interface to save to your account
