Add Office 365 Email on an iOS Device - Apple Mail Client

This documentation will show you how to set up your Elon email through the Mail app on your iOS device.

1.) Open up the Mail App on your iOS device and select 'Exchange'

If you have already configured an email account to the Mail app, configure another account by:

1. Open Settings app
2. Select Passwords & Accounts
3. Select Add Account
4. Select Microsoft Exchange

2.) Enter your Elon University Email and a Description* (optional)

• Adding a description will change the way 'Exchange' is labeled in your device settings under 'Accounts & Passwords.'

3.) Select 'Sign In' when prompted to sign in to your Elon Email account using Microsoft

4.) Enter your Elon Email username and password

5.) Allow the app to access your mailboxes and sign into the account by clicking 'Accept'

6.) Choose what apps you would like to allow Exchange access to

• You can change this at any time by going into the 'Settings' app on your device.
