AppsAnywhere - FAQ

No apps are found. Where are my apps?

  • Click on "View all apps" or in the search box, type in the name of the application.

Why are certain applications grayed out or unavailable?

  • Application availability is determined by the licensing agreements of each vendor with the University. If you believe you should have access to an application, please contact the Technology Service Desk for further assistance or please submit a request.
  • If you are using an Elon-managed device and some applications are still unavailable, download and run this file. You may need to log off and then log back into AppsAnywhere for the applications to appear.
