Leave an Organization in PhoenixCONNECT

1.) Sign in to PhoenixCONNECT

2.) Select your name in the top right corner of the home page

3.) Select 'Memberships' to view current and past memberships

You can also add past memberships to organizations you formerly belonged to.

 

4.) Select the 'Current Memberships' tab to see the organizations you belong to

5.) Select 'Leave Organization'

  • This terminates your membership to that specific organization.

 

6.) Select 'Leave Organization' again to confirm that you wish to end membership with that organization
