Student Print Driver Download

Need help with installing a print driver? Review our print driver installation instructions here. Please note: these instructions are for student machines and student printing only.

Mac Users: For students who upgrade to the newest macOS, you will be required to install the newest drivers available on this page.

*iPads are not compatible with the Canon installer, please email your document to studentprint@elon.edu.

After installing the print driver, you should expect to see a pop-up appear when you print a file. Enter your Elon email username and password. You also must be on elonu-secure WiFi or plugged into a data port with ethernet cable for this to work.

 

Student drivers for Student Print Management Stations:

Faculty/Staff drivers for Student Print Management Stations:

  • Room Number:
    • View Location List
      • Note: Faculty/staff are able to print to all Canon devices. However, faculty and staff are unable to copy at the locations listed above. In order to copy, you'll need to use one of the faculty/staff Canons in these locations.
    • *This installation is for computers purchased by Elon and maintained by IT-Campus Technology Support.
    • *No UniFlow Pop-up Client.
  • Windows:
    • Install driver
    • Student Window Printer Name: Student Canon
    • Note: Install needs to be done on campus or connected to the VPN.
  • Macs:
    • Install driver   (Go to Self Service for installation)
    • Student Mac Printer Name: Student Canon

 

If you are attempting to use a faculty/staff Canon device (commonly located in an office/departmental areas or not listed on our Student Print Locations list), you should use the drivers located on the Faculty/Staff Canon printing page.
