Contacting Qualtrics Support

Summary:  This article outlines three ways to access Qualtrics Support and provides a step-by-step guide on how to request assistance.

 

There are three ways to access Qualtrics Support 

Option One:  Use the following link: https://support-portal.qualtrics.com/product-support?Q_Language=EN

Option Two:  From Inside Your Qualtrics Account – When you're already logged in. 

      1. Select the '?' in the top right-hand corner  ​​​​​  Select the question mark in the top right-hand corner of the screen

      2. At the bottom of the pop-up select 'Contact Support' 

Select 'Contact Support' at the bottom of the pop-up window.

Option Three: From the Support Site 

  1. Select 'Contact Support' in the top right-hand side.

  1. If you haven't logged in yet, you'll be asked to authenticate 

  1. Select the 'Get Technical Support' option

Requesting Assistance 

  1. First select the product you are using – usually it will be the Survey Platform option. 

Select the Qualtrics product you have a question about. (Usually Survey Platform).

  1. Then you'll ask your question to the Qualtrics bot, it will formulate a response.  

Ask question to the Qualtrics AI bot.

  1. Once the bot gives you a response, if it doesn't answer your question, you'll tell it that it didn't, and it will offer you the option to contact support. 

Answer 'No' then 'Contact Support' if the AI doesn't answer your question.

  1. Once you've chosen your preferred method for being contacted, you'll be led through a short survey and then you'll either receive a phone call or have a chat window opened.
