There are three ways to access Qualtrics Support
Option One: Use the following link: https://support-portal.qualtrics.com/product-support?Q_Language=EN
Option Two: From Inside Your Qualtrics Account – When you're already logged in.
1. Select the '?' in the top right-hand corner 
2. At the bottom of the pop-up select 'Contact Support'

Option Three: From the Support Site

Select 'Contact Support' in the top right-hand side.

If you haven't logged in yet, you'll be asked to authenticate

Select the 'Get Technical Support' option

Requesting Assistance

First select the product you are using – usually it will be the Survey Platform option.

Then you'll ask your question to the Qualtrics bot, it will formulate a response.

Once the bot gives you a response, if it doesn't answer your question, you'll tell it that it didn't, and it will offer you the option to contact support.

Once you've chosen your preferred method for being contacted, you'll be led through a short survey and then you'll either receive a phone call or have a chat window opened.
