Faculty, staff and students may use Qualtrics for their survey needs. An account will be created for you automatically when you login at the link below.

Login to Qualtrics

Login page at https://elon.co1.qualtrics.com. You will directed to our Elon authentication page. Qualtrics is now connected to our Single Sign On (SSO) system so if you are logged into another SSO system, you will not see the login page, again. After the change to SSO, please update your bookmark for reaching Qualtrics to the link above.

Qualtrics is supported on Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.

How-To Documentation

  • Qualtrics also has a set of "Getting Started" on-demand webinars you will need to login to access. Click the login button and choose "Sign in with SSO" and enter our Organization ID which is elon (all lower-case) and click Continue.  This should automatically log you in if you have logged into Qualtrics before, if not, enter your Elon credentials.

Technical Support

  • Your username and password will be your Elon University email address and password.
  • If you forgot your password reset it at www.elon.edu/password.
  • Questions regarding the use and functionality of Qualtrics should search the Qualtrics Academic Support Portal
  • If Qualtrics is not functioning correctly, or if you have questions regarding licensing and optional features, you should direct them to https://elon.co1.qualtrics.com (please note that the Technology Service Desk does not maintain the Qualtrics site or tool) to login.  Click on Help, Contact Support, click Sign in with SSO, Enter Your Organizations ID (Elon), click Continue.
  • If you receive an error message while in logging into Qualtrics to contact your site administrator, please contact the Service Desk.

FAQ

  • How do I use Qualtrics on my mobile device? 
    • Simply visit https://elon.co1.qualtrics.com to access Qualtrics on a mobile device. 
    • There is a mobile app but is not part of our current license agreement.
  • How do I access the File Upload portion of a survey? 
    • We are not currently licensed for the File Upload portion of surveys in Qualtrics.
  • How do I add an additional features like API or File Upload to Qualtrics?
    • Any add-ons require departmental funding and will be an annual renewal.  Typical cost for add-ons range from $3,000-$5,000 but could be higher.
  • I received an email with a collaboration code, where do I enter the code?
    • To accept a project someone's inviting you to collaborate on in Qualtrics using a collaboration code, follow these steps:

      1. Look for the collaboration invite in your email.

      2. If the email contains a code, copy the code and login to your Qualtrics account.

      3. Go to the "Shared With Me" folder and click "Accept Collaboration".

      4. Paste the code into the field and submit.

      If the email does not contain a code, login to your Qualtrics account and go to the "Shared With Me" folder. If you do not see the survey, click the profile icon in the upper-right and select "Refresh Account".
