How to Add an Authorized User in E-Bill

Only students have the ability to add or remove users from their account.

1.) Visit http://ebill.elon.edu

2.) Log into the site with your 7-digit University ID number and use your original Elon University account password as the PIN

3.) Select the 'Authorized Users' tab

4.) Select the 'Add Authorized User' tab

5.) Fill out the appropriate information, permissions, and then click 'Continue'

6.) Fill out the 'Agreement to Add Authorized User' and check 'I Agree'

  • The system will send an email to the added authorized user. The email will come from bursar@elon.edu.

  • This email will include a password that the user will need to use to log into the system.

  • The added authorized user will be prompted to verify their information and change their password immediately. The password must be a minimum of 7 characters and at least one number or special character. They will need to confirm the password and provide a password hint.
