Visit https://ebill.elon.edu and click on 'Student Login'
Click on 'Retrieve your pin' under the login button
Enter your Elon username and password and click 'Log In'
An email will be sent to your Elon email address with your pin
The Technology Service Desk is not permitted to look up or change E-Bill authorized user passwords. If you are not able to login after receiving a new password, have your student remove you as an authorized user and add you again to their account.
