CeDiplomas are distributed by our diploma vendor, Paradigm, Inc. All graduated students from Elon University receive an email from Paradigm to their Elon email inviting them to download their digital diploma. Elon graduates receive access to a free copy of their CeDiploma within 90 days of graduation. It is encouraged that all graduates create a new account with Paradigm so that they can have lifetime access to their CeDiploma. Students may save the file and copy, send, or share it unlimited times.
To access your CeDiploma, use your Elon University email address and password. Elon graduates receive access to a free copy of their CeDiploma within 90 days of graduation. However, if a student loses their PDF file after the free 90-day period, they will have to pay a fee to download their CeDiploma again.
Accessing your Diploma
These instructions are for alumni who still have access to their Elon email address. If your email address was deactivated, please contact the Office of the Registrar at registrar@elon.edu
1.) Visit https://www.elon.edu/CeDiploma and select “CeDiploma Download”
2.) Log in with your Elon University email username and password
3.) Successful authentication will take you to the CeDiploma Trust Store:
4.) After agreeing to the terms and clicking the Authorize button, you will be taken to a page to download your diploma:
Validating a CeDiploma
For an employer to validate a CeDiploma:
2.) Select 'CeDiploma Validation'
3.) Enter the CeDiplomaID (located in the upper-left hand corner of the electronic diploma).
- Good results for a validated diploma (pictured below) include: the date of validation, the ID, the full name, the degree and major(s) and honor, if applicable. A person with two degrees will have two different CeDiplomaID numbers and must be validated separately.
- Bad validation results (pictured below) could happen due to an incorrectly entered CeDiplomaID. If entered correctly and this message is still received, it means that there is no degree on record with that CeDiplomaID
