Information Technology encourages users to place their own service calls when new Canon printers/copiers malfunction. If you do not feel comfortable placing your own service call, please feel free to contact the Technology Service Desk at (336) 278-5200 to report the issue you are experiencing with your Canon printer/copier.
Regardless of what method you choose, you will be required to provide the Serial Number for the Canon device you are inquiring about. The Serial Number will be a string of 3 letters and 5 numbers. An example of where the serial number may be found is shown below:
I. Service Calls by Phone
To place a Service Call by phone, call 1-800-355-1385. Select Prompt 1 for Service.
II. Service Calls by Email
To place a Service Call by email, email servicecalleast@csa.canon.com. Remember to provide the Serial Number in your email.
III. Service Calls through MyCSA (previously eManage)
In order to use this option, you must first register with the eManage site.
1.) Upon logging into the MyCSA (eManage) site, click 'Service' then 'Request Service'
2.) To request service on a device, click the serial number (in blue) or search for the device using the search panel on the left
3.) Fill out the Contact Information field and the Service Request Information field, then click 'Continue'
4.) Review your request and click 'Submit'
5.) Congratulations! You've successfully placed a service request for your Canon printer/copier online!
