Call Forwarding When Off Campus

Steps for Forwarding Calls when off Campus:

  1. Connect to VPN using your AD credentials (check the "Related Articles" section of this page to learn more about VPN).
  2. Navigate to
  3. Click on the "Advanced" box and choose to proceed to the page.
  4. Select "Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal" from the list provided.
  5. Login using your Elon accont credentials.
  6. Select the "Phones" tab.
  7. In the navigation pane, click "Call Forwarding."
  8. Select the campus phone number that you want to forward.
    • Note: If you do not have long-distance calling turned on through your department, you will be unable to forward to a long-distance number.
  9. Select "Forward All Calls."
  10. Enter the phone number where you would like to forward the calls to, with an "8 "in front (eg. 8-336-870-5555).
  11. Click "Save."
