Questions
How do I access software that I'd normally use in labs?
Check out AppsAnywhere with information and download links.
What do I do if my Internet is slow?
Disconnecting from VPN (when it is not in use) can help increase your speed, and restarting your computer may help with slowness. You may also try connecting your computer directly to your ethernet router. Please note that many newer model computers do not have Ethernet ports built in.
How do I address audio or video issues?
Make sure your speakers are not muted and your web camera is not covered. Check out these other troubleshooting tips from Indiana University.
What do I do if I'm having trouble connecting to WebEx?
Try and troubleshoot your meeting as well as review Elon's WebEx documentation.
How can I share files with other students, faculty, or staff?
All members of Elon University have access to Office 365 products, including OneDrive. OneDrive is a great place to store files so you can share with others, work collaboratively, and save storage space on your computer. Google Drive is another good option that is supported by Elon University.
