When using Canon Printers, it is crucial to understand the layout of the printer and the touch screen. You must tap your Phoenix card to 'Log In' to the printer. Once you do so, you will be brought to this home screen. Select which option you would like to use.
To the right of the print screen, there will be a keypad.
If your document does not print, or the Error light flashes, tap the Status Monitoring button on the lower left-hand corner of the screen (below, left). Check the error and make the appropriate changes, such as setting the paper size (below, right).
