Make sure students have access to the online video and audio by going into the assignment settings, and under submission types make sure online text is checked blue: 
1.) Within any text editor in Moodle, locate the microphone and video icons. To record audio, click the microphone. To record video, click the video icon.

2.) You may see a pop up asking for permission to use your camera or microphone. Click 'Allow'.

3.) Click 'Start recording'. You will have a maximum of 2 minutes of recording time.

4.) Click 'Stop recording'.

5.) If you need to re-record, click 'Record again'. If you are ready to attach, click 'Attach recording'.
