In order to access Colleague, Elon's business ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, accounts must be specially created. If you already have Colleague access, but would like to request a change, please use the Colleage: Change Permissions service.
Colleague account requests follow an approval process and will not be generated immediately. Before access will be granted, you must complete the Elon Confidentiality Agreement and the Office of the Registrar's FERPA training. Please note, the FERPA training requires a minimum assessment score of 80%.
To request a Colleague account be created for you, choose "Submit a Request" and fill out the requested information.
Available To
Faculty, staff, & student staff who have a justifiable reason to access this system.
