NetCommunity: Report an Issue

Blackbaud's NetCommunity is the system University Advancement uses to take online donations and event registrations (i.e. Family Weekend, Homecoming, other alumni events). Information Technology helps with administration, configuration, scripting, as well as some styling and design implementation. 

If you are having trouble with NetCommunity, please contact the office of University Advancement for troubleshooting. If University Advancement determines it is a technical issue for Information Technology, they will submit a ticket.
