Media Services offers FREE access to laptops, cameras, audio and podcasting gear, projectors, and sound systems to help Elon students, faculty, and staff create and produce academic and creative projects. Whether you need a projector for a presentation, a video camera for a class project, or just an HDMI adapter for your laptop, the Media Services team is here to help.

Located on the first floor of Belk Library, to the right of the information desk.
Reservations
To reserve equipment from Media Services, students must complete an online reservation using WebCheckout. A valid Phoenix Card must be presented for equipment checkout.

Cost
Short-term equipment checkouts are free. Equipment returned past the due date/time will incur fines. Learn more about the late, unreturned, and broken equipment policy on the Media Services website.
