Unlock Colleague Session

Colleague allows for one session to be open at a time. Additionally, a record can only be viewed by one person at a time. Opening more than one session or multiple people attempting to access a record at a time will result in it being locked. If you receive a lockout error message, close all Colleague sessions or ask the person viewing the needed record to close the record for you to access it. Colleague will usually unlock after waiting several minutes.
