What is the Knowledge Base and how do I use it?

The IT Knowledge Base (KB) is a collection of documentation that includes answers to frequently asked questions, how-to guides, and troubleshooting instructions related to technology on campus. It is designed to help you find solutions to your technology needs without having to ask for help. The KB is organized into categories of related articles and can be searched by drilling into each category or by keyword searching. Remember to sign in with your Elon credentials for full access. If you are unable to find what you are looking for or still need help, please submit a ticket and tell us more.

You can access the Knowledge Base from the IT Self-Service Portal homepage or by going directly to Knowledge Base category page
