These instructions are for faculty and staff to install the print driver for Canon Print, Copy, & Scan stations to a Windows or Mac machine.
If you are a STUDENT, you should email your documents to studentprint@elon.edu to pick them up at a student print location. If you need assistance with student printing, view our student documentation.
The drivers below are for the faculty/staff Canon devices in these locations.
Windows Installation
If you are a student, do not install this driver. Review our student printing documentation.
2.) Run the installer (where the installer is saved varies by browser)
3.) Click 'Install Driver'
Congratulations! The Canon printer/copier is now installed on your PC. Select 'Canon_BW' when printing documents.
A print queue for the Canon system will open. You will see all jobs in the print queue. However, please note the following:
Mac Installation
1.) Access the Canon Mac printer driver using the Self Service tool located in Applications folder.
If you are a student, do not use these instructions. Review our student printing documentation.
2.) Click "Install" for the Canon Printer
3.) When finished, the button should say Done.
Congratulations! The Canon printer/copier is now installed on your Mac. Select 'Canon Printer' when printing documents.
