Printing for Faculty & Staff

Faculty & Staff Printing Options

There are two fleets of Canon devices on Elon’s campus. Faculty/Staff Canon devices allow Faculty and Staff to print, copy and scan. Student Canon devices allow Faculty and Staff to print and scan only.  Canon copiers/printers provide users with the ability to access any Canon copier on campus.

Please Note:

  • Elon computers are those purchased by Elon and maintained by IT-Campus Technology Support.
  • Elon issues student print credits to current Faculty & Staff each year on August 1st to bring the balance to $500.  These credits can only be used at Student Print Devices.
