This service is a way to report a general issue and submit a ticket to the Technology Service Desk when you are unsure of the nature of the issue. Someone from the Service Desk will review the information you provide in the description to determine how to route your request, so please be provide as many details as possible. The Service Desk staff may need to collect more information from you in order to get your request to the right team.
To request support with a specific issue directly from the right team, please search the IT Service Catalog or do a keyword search using the Self-Service Portal search box located at the top of the page. Before reporting a general issue, let's see if your issue falls under any of the most common issues. If so, select the specific service to submit a ticket.
