Shared Mailbox Request

A shared mailbox is a central email address that can be accessed and monitored by multiple people, without requiring each person to log in individually. Requests can also be submitted to add or remove access, change the mailbox name, or to transfer ownership of a shared mailbox. If you have access and reply to a message, it will appear to be from the shared mailbox email address instead of your individual name and email address.

Students may access shared mailboxes through a direct link, e.g. https://outlook.office.com/owa/insertnameofmailbox@elon.edu.

To submit a shared mailbox request, select "Submit a Request" and complete the form.
