Shared Mailbox Request

A shared mailbox is a central email address that can be accessed and monitored by multiple people, without requiring each person to log in individually. Requests should also be submitted for access to be granted or removed for individuals, as necessary. If you have access and reply to a message, it will appear to be from the shared mailbox email address instead of your individual name and email address.

Students may access shared mailboxes through a direct link, e.g.

To request the creation of a shared mailbox, select "Submit a Request" and complete the form. 

  • If you are requesting multiple boxes, please submit a separate request for each one.
  • If you need to change the name of your existing shared mailbox, please submit a request for a new mailbox and indicate what it will be replacing.
